The start service package is designed for companies beginning their collaboration with a logistics operator and needing a clear set of basic services, without long-term commitments. It includes domestic transport on main routes in Romania, management of shipping documents, and access to the delivery tracking platform.

Each order within this package benefits from priority allocation of a vehicle from the standard fleet, with a capacity of up to 18 tons. The estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours for destinations within the national network, and status notifications are automatically sent to the designated contact person.

The package also includes an initial integration session, where our team explains the workflow, how to complete transport requests, and the direct communication channels. Storage or cross-docking services are not included, but these can be added later through separate packages.
