Jpmcmahontransport provides B2B transport and logistics services, including international full-load transport, national and regional distribution, as well as contract logistics and warehousing. All services are provided based on firm orders confirmed in writing by the client.

The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature, weight, volume, and destination of the goods. The client must also ensure proper packaging of the goods and comply with the established loading/unloading deadlines. Any order changes must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before shipment.

Jpmcmahontransport undertakes to perform transports with professional diligence, using appropriate vehicles and qualified personnel. The company provides GPS tracking of shipments and automatic delivery status notifications. In case of force majeure or unforeseeable events, the provider will immediately inform the client and propose alternative solutions.

Jpmcmahontransport's liability for losses or damages is limited to the declared value of the goods, according to the transport documents, and does not exceed 10,000 EUR per shipment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The company is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, or other events beyond its control.

The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30 calendar day notice, via written notification. Jpmcmahontransport may immediately suspend services in case of non-payment, provision of false information, or serious breach of contractual obligations by the client.

These terms may be updated periodically. Active clients will be notified 14 days before the changes take effect, via email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
